Indudhar (Indy) is a techno-commercial marketing specialist with over 8 years experience across multiple verticals, working for small, mid and large corporations. He has provided extensive account-based marketing and sales-enablement support to customer-focused and sales-driven teams and has been successful is helping drive value by bridging the gap between customers’ problems and tailored solutions.

At Bluewater Group, Indy’s role is to manage order desk and drive sales strategically by providing timely customer-centric solutions.

Before joining Bluewater Group in 2023, Sherina worked in the Food Service Industry for 15 years and brings an extensive customer care background to our Bluewater Lubricants team. Sherina is eager and willing to learn and excited to be starting this new career path.
When Sherina is not employing her skills at Bluewater, she is at home with her Daughter Lashya and her kitty "girl" Ruby, Sherina is looking forward to helping all of Bluewater's customers with their Oil and Lubricant needs.

Scott and his family moved From Alberta to New Brunswick in 2017, and now consider themselves true “Prairie Timers”. Scott has over 20 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry. With a passion of getting to know his customers and exceeding their expectations of high-quality service.

Scott resides in New Brunswick with his wife Sabine and has three children.

Prior to joining the Blue Water Group in 2022, Mike worked in the Foodservice Distribution Industry for 30 years, first as a territory manager, then in a sales management role. In this role, he focused on the importance of providing superior customer service, prompt follow-up, and always putting the customers’ needs first.

Mike resides in Dartmouth with his wife Shelley, son Tyler, and their German Shepherd Titan. Mike looks forward to expanding his lubricant knowledge, while building and strengthening customer relationships throughout Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

Shone is new to the Bluewater Lubricants Alberta team and joined us in June of 2023.
With over 20 years of sales experience, 18 being in the lubricant sales industry and a love for car racing & building classic cars Shone is a fantastic asset to the team. Shone is passionate about customer service and relationship building and is very excited to be representing Bluewater and Mobil.

Irving joined the Blue Water Group In February of 2016 in the position of Inside Sales. Irving joins the Blue Water Group after (7) years with Sojourn Enterprises. Irving looks forward to continuing to expand on his knowledge of lubricants all while maintaining his primary focus of providing superior customer service to existing and potential new business partners. 

Gary was born in Newfoundland and moved to Nova Scotia in 1988 and has resided in the Halifax area since that time. He has over 20 years of sales, marketing and sales management experience. He has worked extensively in the automotive and motorsports industries selling for companies such as Honda, Chrysler and Polaris. Gary has also worked in the sign and traffic control industry for several years travelling throughout Atlantic Canada. Gary looks forward to working with existing as well as new customers throughout Nova Scotia and providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Dave began his career in the petroleum business in Edmonton in 1984. Dave has been specifically involved in finished lubricant sales and management since 1992 and continues to enjoy the industry. Dave is responsible for the Commercial Vehicle lubricants for Blue Water Alberta. From the early days of the Esso brand of lubricants to today’s Mobil™ brand, Dave will always be proud to provide his Blue Water customers with the best products and services available.

Sydney joined the Blue Water Alberta team in July 2018 as an Inside Sales Representative. With over 8 years experience in Customer Service & Sales in the Construction and Manufacturing Industries, Sydney is ecstatic about learning all aspects of the Lubricant World. Sydney brings a strong skill set of building and maintaining customer relationships and cannot wait to hit the ground running with the Blue Water Team!
